The Story of Ritual Adornments
Ritual Adornments is transformational jewelry that acts as a living prayer. Every piece is created with a specific intention to help you embody & activate what you’re calling in.
In 2021, one of the founders, Petra, experienced a devastating breakup that left her feeling heartbroken, unloveable and completely disempowered.
After weeks of crying and being at her all time low, she finally decided that she needed a shift: she turned to her girlfriends and the art of adornment to bring her out of this state. Though she felt so gray on the inside, she forced herself to put on bright colors, and her friend offered her a face chain to borrow. Then, something magical happened: for the first time in weeks, Petra felt her power come back to her.. When she looked in the mirror, she saw a part of herself that she had forgotten: she saw a warrior, a woman who can withstand anything. She reclaimed that part of herself and moved out of feeling like the victim, and back to the heroine of her journey.
Experiencing this profound shift, Petra decided to run an experiment: she wore the face chain for three days straight, putting it on first thing in the morning to start her day. Practicing this ritual aligned her to her inner strength and power; she began to embody the woman she desired to be.
Feeling the transformative power of this jewelry, it inspired her to make her own face chain.
To support Petra in her healing, her best friend Amy took her out for a magical Goddess Day where they pampered themselves with beauty treatments, then went to a local bead store to make their own face chains. They decided to do a ritual around releasing what they are ready to let go of and what they were calling in. After witnessing one another’s prayers, something massively shifted within them. That’s when they realized this medicine was needed in the world.
Through love, empowerment, and sisterhood, Ritual Adornments was born.
The name Ritual Adornments came from their recognition of the power of intentionally adorning ourselves to embody and manifest more of what we desire. What you wear tells a story- what story do you desire to tell?
Every Ritual Adornments piece is handcrafted with love and intention, incorporating crystals, sacred symbols, high-vibe talismans, and heartfelt intentions. Each piece carries a prayer within it, activated when worn by each unique individual. Much like how in Harry Potter, “the wand chooses the wizard,” the jewelry pieces come alive and activate something in its rightful owner.

Since its birth in April 2021, Ritual Adornments has served thousands of people in festivals, spiritual events, retreats, local craft marketplaces, and more. Their collection has now expanded to sacred face chains, necklaces, body chains, womb chains, earrings, and bracelets for all genders.

Here at Ritual Adornments, our mission is to bring back the sacredness to adorning oneself. We create jewelry that inspires and empowers the wearer. As each piece holds within it a living prayer for the individual and collective.
The prayer comes alive and begins to weave its magic in the owner’s life. The more you wear it, the more the prayer is amplified. We pray for a world of peace, power, harmony and beauty… Where all beings may be happy, free & fully expressed in their most authentic selves.

Meet Our Founders
Petra
Petra Hui is a spiritual healer, transformational facilitator and one of the creatrixes of Ritual Adornments.
After suffering from a life-altering autoimmune disease at 23 years-old, Petra left her traditional job and embarked on the path of healing by moving to Bali, Indonesia. There, she discovered the power of alternative medicine, holistic healing and spirituality and cured her condition 100% naturally. This sparked her passion for the healing arts, and her mission is to help as many people as possible tap into their healing abilities and innate power through her sessions, transformational events and Ritual Adornments jewelry.
She and Amy “accidentally” started Ritual Adornments when Petra was going through a terrible trauma bond breakup and felt like she lost all sense of herself. When she put on a face chain for the first time, something magical happened… She no longer saw a powerless victim; she saw a powerful warrior goddess in the midst of a life changing transformation. Ritual Adornments helped her turn her pain into purpose, and it has been her mission to bring the transformational power of the sacred art of adornment to the masses.
For Petra, Ritual Adornments more than just a jewelry brand; it is a conduit for profound transformation, helping wearers embody their full spectrum power, expression, and intentions inside and out.
Her philosophy is, “Adorn your soul. Be the living prayer. Use beauty for good.”
Amy
Amy Hui is a Founder of Fit and Flair LLC where she is a Wardrobe Stylist and Personal Shopper, Authentic Relating Facilitator, Co-Founder of Inner Outer Beauty Community and one of the Creatrix of Ritual Adornments.
Amy has had a love for art and beauty since she was a little girl and always loved playing dress up and sketching out designs on fashion figures. As she got older, she developed her skills by studying in Fashion Design, then working in luxury retail for 11 years before she founded her own company to be her own boss as a Stylist for Fit and Flair LLC.
After a major life event of her divorce, she reinvented her life and started only doing what lights her up. She discovered her soul mission to gather women together to do the inner work, so we can create a more beautiful world from the inside out. Her dream is to heal the sister wound and create sisterhood that can celebrate and support one another for our unique gifts, instead of the hostile culture of “mean girls” that competes and compares themselves to one another. United as one, we can all be in our wholeness and blossom without feeling any threat and live in harmony and beauty. This is the culture of Inner Outer Beauty! Queens, join us if you feel called!!!
When she is designing pieces for Ritual Adornments, she finds herself in a trance state where she channels a message from a higher power. Her inspiration will come and it is as if everything fades away and time stops. She can feel that this is made for someone in particular and it feels like a meditation each time. Serendipitously, every time someone comes to the booth and finds “their soul adornment” There is a special resonance and alignment behind their story and the prayer. The healing ritual and connection between the wearer and the piece is what fills up Amy’s heart the most. Behind every interaction, is this magic that lives in these sacred adornments.
Her prayer is for all to see the beauty within themselves and others, so may the reflections keep rippling outward, so together we create a more beautiful world from the inside out.
